In rugby union, a “try” is scoring 5 points by pressing the ball on the ground in the opposing teams in-goal. This action then allows you to attempt a conversion - or in French a “transformation”, worth two additional points.
 

The “transformation” is the completion of the action of scoring the try. As Christians we have experienced for ourselves and believe that we can keep scoring and achieving many goals in life - we can try and try again... But ultimately our completion is only possible through the Transformation of our lives by Jesus !

 

The Transformation project is about using the opportunity of the Rugby world cup and wheelchair rugby world cup, for Christians to gather together for a time of celebration in love and unity, to share the good news of the Gospel for Transformation to happen in the lives of people, communities and the nation of France itself.
