Transformation is organized into three main phases that will lead into a legacy

Phase 1

Find and Connect

The first phase of Transformation focuses on establishing the foundation of the project focusing in envisioning and sharing about Transformation and the opportunity. This phases includes the following activities:

Vision Tours - Our planning team has been conducting tours in various cities in France with the goal of sharing the vision of Transformation and establishing city teams.

Orientation Calls - Beginning in February, hosting online orientation calls so that anyone in France can connect, learn about what's going on, and find out how they can contribute.

Phase 2

Prepare and equip

As we establish teams and connect people to Transformation, we’ll be supporting cities in implementing an initial round of strategies in the summer of 2023, with the goal of helping people practice the strategies and strengthen their connection as a team.

Phase 3

Go and serve

During the Rugby World Cup, we’ll be implementing different strategies across France at the same time, expanding the kingdom of God, and making an eternal impact on cities throughout France.

Phase 4

Legacy

We hope through project Transformation to encourage and inspire believers and churches in France to build relationships with each other through shared experiences to use future opportunities to work together such as the upcoming Olympic and Paralympic Games. Even more, we hope that these relationships and partnerships can continue to grow and strengthen much further into the future for the benefit and flourishing of their local communities, cities and the nation of France as a whole, as an example of the Transformational power of the Gospel !
